Vintage Summery Airy Flouncy Dress w/ Belt

Excellent used condition. Fun, flouncy, flirty, airy, summery/spring dress. Buttons to the waist, vee neek, no collar, with fluttery, cape like sleeves. Matching waist belt and flows out from the waist to midi length/ below the knee. Purple, green and black floral pattern. Marked a size 10 - fits a modern size 8-12 due to the elastic at the waist and the belt. 1980s/1990s/eighties/nineties/80s/90s style.
