Vintage Sunny South fashions polka-dot blouse

Great vintage back and cream polka-dot blouse with neck tie. There's no size inside, but the pit to out size is xl-xxl. It's in overall great shape, but it does have a pick in front thar makes a line, but it is hard to see with the neck tie.
