Vintage Sybil ILGWU USA Red Button Down Tie at Neck Blouse 17/18

This has the tag off the Ladies Union Workers and is in excellent condition. It has a large tie at the collar which comes down the front in 2 strips to make a large bow. The tags do not show what this item is made of. The cuffs have 2 buttons and a turn up cuff. Really a nice blouse. -24" long 42" bust 21" sleeves
