Purchased from a consignment shop in 2001 so likely from the 90s. No-tag, possibly handmade? It seems to be vegan as I've washed it several times over the years without issue. Wears like a small/medium. Time to part ways as it longer longer fits me. Flat lay measurements: 21 across shoulder-to-shoulder 20 long 16.25 neck 16 arm length.
