Fringed upper front collar and hem, with front side non functional pockets. Unremovable Padded shoulders. Black lining. There is no fabric tag, but this appears to be a a suede like material with a velvet feel. Nice quality. Made in the USA. Beautiful piece, you can pair it with any of the Zara blouses, jeans, over a skirt, dress, jeans, leggings , in my closet. Would look fabulous with a turtleneck.
