Vintage Tahari Arthur S Levine white and black polka dot dress

Wonderful dress. White with black polka dots. Yellow piping and patent belt. The dress is fully lined. There is a small red spot on the left shoulder. I had the dress Dry Cleaned, but the spot did not come out. It is barely noticeable at arms length distance. Under arm to under arm 17” flat Waist 14.5” Shoulder to hem 37.5” All my items are from a smoke free, pet free, fragrance free home.
