Vintage Tahari Black Belted Dress

Tahari vintage black knee length dress with a waist belt, in good condition with some places where the belt is splitting lengthwise - see photos. There is also a small pulled spot on the front of the dress behind the belt, as shown. Size 8 petite. Measures 35” long, 15.5” across waist; the belt fits a 31”-33” waist.
