Vintage Tail Black Pleated Tennis Skirt With Green And Blue Mesh Panel And Adjustable Waist This pleated tennis skirt is vintage and and so unique. Since it is a vintage piece, it runs small for a size 8. Please see the measurements below. There are two small elastic bands on the each side of the back of the skirt but there is very little stretch to the waist band. It is freshly laundered and in EUC. Skirt can be worn high or low on the waist or hips. There are two adjustable straps on each side of the front of the skirt. Both ways to wear the skirt are shown in the pictures above.
