Vintage Tailored Woman jacket/blazer small

This is a vintage blazer type jacket from Tailored Woman - Fifth Avenue at Fifty Seventh Streer NY I am guessing it is from the 50s-60s. It is black with unique buttons and lined. The sleeves are wide 3/4 length. It has padding in the shoulders. This jacket only has the one tag shown in picture. I tried it on and it seems to be a small. Smoke free home. Kept in a trunk. It has a small whitish spot by one button. I haven’t tried anything on it to remove it, but looks as though it will come clean. The jacket is a true black color.
