Vintage silk and cotton blend short sleeve blouse by Talbots with gorgeous ruffled collar and sweet pearl buttons. One teeny spot on back, see video, otherwise in beautiful condition. Size is 10P but I bought it for myself and I’m a 4/6. Pit to pit: 17” Length: 24”
