Good used condition, with no stains or tears. A sophisticated blue short sleeve midi dress, with a surplice/faux wrap chest, accompanying belt, and pleated lower front. The chest is held together by 2 hidden buttons and an eye/hook (last photo). Has a notched lapel collar, shoulder pads and a vent slit at the front left side. No functional pockets. A statement piece for career/office wear. I believe this piece is from the 90's.
