Vintage Talbots Velvet Blouse

Stunning blouse in like new condition. The velvet is SO LOVELY and the construction is so well done. Hidden cleavage buttons and just lovely details and cut. Has some stretch, listed as size small but I am a size 8 typically and it fits me perfectly. I think Talbots runs a little large. Listing as size 8!
