Vintage Talbots made in USA black COAT DRESS WOMEN’S SIZE 14

In excellent condition.. the quality is outstanding on this dress .. you can see how it buttons underneath so it is a true coat dress.. material is on heavy side and drapes beautifully.. it measures 40” in length.. 35 waist and 42 chest .. I would say it wears more like a 12
