Vintage Talbots pleated dress.

Super fun colorful dress, with lots of flow In the skirt with the pleats. Elastic waistband for added comfort. There are loops to add add a belt if you want. I am 5'8 and the dress length sits right at my knee. I would say the dress is more like a size 8 rather than a 10.
