Vintage Talent Showcase Dance Tote '80s design

I got this tote around 2000/2001 when I danced in this Wildwood Talent Showcase. They never changed the design, so it's very '80s. Bag is in great vintage condition and was never actually used, because we got the same bag every year we performed. Check photos for measurements.
