Vintage Tartan Brooch, Scarf Brooch or Buckle 041

Large brass-coloured, very light tartan or scarf brooch or can be used as a buckle. Magnet does not stick but it is so light. Not sure of the metal. No markings; needs a cleaning. Measures app. 3 ¾” across.
