Vintage Tartan Plaid Bell Skirt Womens Size Small Made in USA. Skirt is in excellent condition. Small size. Waist measures about 12” across. The length from top of the hem down the side to the bottom of the hem is 28”. Can be worn as a high waisted skirt or lower depending on your waist size. Bottom of the skirt hits on the shin between knee and ankle. Please look at all pictures for condition before purchase.
