Vintage Taxco Red Stone and SIlver Ring

Vintage (c.1940s or 1950s) Taxco sterling silver ring, marked 925. Beautiful red stone - jasper or coral. Striking and unusual design with a raised rounded rectangular setting and shoulders on either side, with a smooth band. Good vintage condition. Some scratches and the stone has been smoothed down with time, showing some irregularity. No chips or gouges. Ring size 7
