Vintage Teacup/Snack tray handpainted

Hand painted in 1969, signed by artist. In great shape. No chips or cracks, very pretty! Gold trim on the tray. The tray is just over 8 inches across at its widest points and shaped like a shell. The cup is about 2-1/4 inches tall, and 3-1/2 inches wide across the top.
