Vintage Teal & Black One Clothing Cut Out Dress

Women's/Junior'scVintage Teal & Black One Clothing Cut Out Dress. Sleeveless dress has black on the two sides above the cut out portions. Dress has a zipper in the back. The waist, below the cut out portions is elastic and can stretch a bit more if needed. The right side of the dress, where the cut out portion is has a bit of the thread work/stitching unravelling & needs to be reinforced. It was purchased this way. Please see last photo for close up.
