Vintage Teal Dress with Printed Skirt Size Small

Bright and colorful vintage dress. Collared top in solid turquoise, skirt has multi-colored stripes. Tag says brand is Lindsey Scott Petite, size small. Measurements laying flat are 18" bust and 16" waist. Smallest part of the dress is right under the bust at 16" and there is no stretch- would fit size small or a small busted medium.
