Vintage Teal Plaid Skirt - XS/S

Super cute bright plaid skirt - looks great with a t-shirt, jean jacket, and converse! In excellent vintage condition, the only flaw I could find is a tiny spot on the bottom front that shows up as a slightly darker blue (see 2nd to last photo). Elastic waist = 12.5–14 in. Length = 24 in.
