Vintage Tea-length Dress by Luly K

Black tea-length 40s-style cocktail dress. A-line flowing skirt (great for dancing!). Sweetheart neckline, cap-sleeve, ruched waist. Tag says Small, but stretchy material and nice structure at bust means it could fit up to a size 10-12. Still in good condition.
