Vintage Teddi costal button up with unique buttons

Black rayon button up with blue and white fish/costal features. Awesome white tortoise shell type buttons with a unique pattern on each. Has shoulder pads (that can be easily removed if preferred)! Size petite XL but fits like a cropped XL. Wanted to keep this one but I never find myself reaching for it so time for a new home.
