Vintage Textured Midi Dress

Vintage, medium blue midi dress with tie at waist. Long-sleeved, with buttons at front and collar. Elastic Waist. Top has a light luster to it, with monochrome small diamond pattern, and bottom has a velvet-like texture. This vintage dress has no existing tags with size or fabric type. Approximately 40 inches from shoulder to hem and 16 inches across at waist. Slight a-line shape. 70s/80s look, and a great piece which can transition to any season.
