Vintage Textured Winter Hat with Brim

A round vintage hat with a pleasantly soft, bumpy texture. The all-around, upturned brim is trimmed with black velvet, as is the hatband. There are some signs of wear - pilling, small snags - but due to the textured nature, they don't stand out and rather add to the charm. There is a small strip of fabric under the hatband in back for a more comfortable fit. Body: 75% acrylic, 25% polyester. Band: 63% acetate, 37% nylon. Measures 11" flat across hatband.
