Peacock Clutch - Fine hand stitching on black felt - Antique/Vintage 1920s - 1940s (Definately prior to 1948). - Clutch/ Envelope purse with snap closure - Exterior is velvet with real gold & silver metal thread - Wine colored silk fabric liningIt has a snap closure. It’s in great shape, especially when you consider that it is more than 80 years old. Measurements are: 9" x 1" x 5.5" tall Inside Label: The Indian Textiles Co., Ltd, Benares gold & silver thread used. Made in India.
