Vintage The Kollection LTD Black Floral Dress

This dress! Wow. It’s so modest and then BAM - deep plunging neckline. This dress has some flaws so please read carefully: There’s something weird with the neckline. I think it was altered or something. There are snaps on the inside of the neckline. One of the belt loops is broken. There’s some weird black stitching under the collar, but it is not visible while wearing. Hits around the knees and I’m 5”7’. Elastic waistband would fit anywhere up to maybe 29-30 inches? Really nice sleeve detail.
