Does have a couple small spots on front and back of waistband (refer to pics) Elastic waist Button down front 2 slip pockets Pastel mixed print and striped design 100% rayon Made in India Crinkled/pleated-like style Gorgeous to dress up or down! Refer to pics for approx measurements. Vintage sizes tend to run smaller than modern US sizes. The waistband does have elastic, so it will stretch some.
