Vintage The Wolf Sculptures A Wolf Original Seal Sea Lion Handmade in Canada 6" Very good condition. Photographed in different backgrounds and lighting for detail. Black with white rubbing for detail. Vintage Wolf Original sculpture of a seal or sea lion. This figurine was made in Canada by Edmund Wolf who is famous for wildlife carvings that are Inuit/Eskimo style that appear to be exactly like soapstone. Wolf Originals are not soapstone but stone molded and intricately carved out of composite stone and marble. These were highly collectible and sold throughout the 70s and 80s and were original designs that came from Eskimo/Inuit artists and were copied and mass-produced across gift shops in Canada.
