Vintage Thorp Fabrics Nylon Velvet Sample Panel

Thank you for looking! This is a vintage Thorp Fabrics nylon velvet sample panel with color option samples sewn onto the back. There is a triangle-shaped cloth fiber content tag sewn onto the back, with the long side open. 3 of the color option samples on the back have their own paper information tags that are stapled on. The entire panel measures about 15 and 3/4 inches by 19 and 1/4 inches. Serged edges. The right side of the panel is plain, and the samples and fiber content tag are attached to the back side. The material is probably upholstery weight. Cotton/nylon blend. The hanging loops are cardboard and about 1 inch high. Condition is good: there is some discoloration along the fold lines, but no holes or frayed edges. This panel would make a great throw pillow, with the color option samples as an exciting color-block accent. It could also be part of a purse, quilt, or the entire piece could be framed or used as a wall hanging. From a smoke-free, rabbit-friendly home.
