It is a medium, but I typically wear a large to extra large in this buttoned up on me. Bust measurement is approximately 40 inches. 100% Tencel. Tencel is an exceptionally soft fabric that's hypoallergenic and well suited for sensitive skin. It is also quite durable and resists pilling.
