Tiara International vintage woman's knit sweater vest. Vest is black and done in the cutest western style! Its go red across the front with gold scroll work. The main part has silver horseshoes and on the lower part is the cutest pair of brown leather cowboy boots, complete with spurs! Vest has a full zip front and a stitched collar complete with green cacti. It's really one of a kind. Vest is made of a cotton ramie blend and is a woman's size medium. Sweater vest is preowned in beautiful vintage condition. It's in perfect shape. No holes or flaws.
