Sterling silver, original item purchased from Tiffany & Co. Slightly tarnished so it does need a good polish. Box and original soft cloth bag for the necklace included. There is some blemish (I don't think it's a scratch but it's a blemish I can't remove with my polish) - PLEASE see photo. I dropped the price after seeing this. Thanks!
