Vintage Tiffany & Co. Seashell Shell Earrings with Etoile Gemstones 18k & Silver

From the 1990-1991 collection, inspired by the sea, jewel encrusted shell design in sterling silver and 18k gold, with emerald, sapphire, amethyst, citrine, peridot, tourmaline, and tanzanite. A stunning pair of earrings, impossible to find, perfect for the beach lover. Original price $1400, with inflation that calculates to almost $3500! Omega clips for pierced ears, one of the posts is shorter than the other but still am able to wear both comfortably. Looks like the metal the posts are attached to may have been bent in, hard to tell. Vintage, over 30 years old has given the sterling silver a nice patina. Minor scratches on silver throughout. Gemstones look great, no cracks or chips. Marked 925 and T&Co. on both earrings.
