Vintage Tiffany & Co. Sterling Silver Choker Cuff / Slide Collar Necklace

Hi, This was left to me by my mom's estate and I never saw her wear it but there it was. It's in very good condition! Both the slide pendant & wire necklace are stamped Tiffany and Sterling Silver.
