Vintage Tightrope Strapless Midi Dress

Vintage Tightrope strapless midi dress from the late 90's. Purchased from a clothing vendor that was temporarily conducting business on the campus grounds of CSULB. Color:Black w/some black floral embroidery down by the bottom of the dress, on the front. Material=96%Cotton+4%Spandex (even though there's spandex in this dress, there is no stretch-so plz take note of measurements) *True vintage size 10. I love how it looks like you have a very modest petticoat on underneath but there's none! It used to look even fuller when it was new but the effect has diminished over time (hanging in storage) & the course of many washings. But I always wash(ed) my dresses by hand or w/the hand wash cycle on the machine, while in a garment bag. Then always laid flat to dry. Which is why this 24yr old dress still looks as good as it does. I'm no longer able to wear it, sadly, so I tried to gift it to my friend seen modeling it. She said it's too "mid-century" for her style sense & feels that sum1 on here would love to own it. I guess we'll see if she was right... Meas. L=34" / B=15"(across top of dress) / W=14" / H=16"
