Vintage Tiny Tots Dress New With Tags

This is a vintage dress from about 1966. It was never worn, is still on the original hanger with tissue in the sleeves to keep the shape. The tag with it says 18 months. To me it looks like it runs a little smaller than that. There are embroidered flowers on the front with detailing around the collar, sleeves and hem.
