Vintage Toni Composite Black Howlite Stone Chain Tassel Necklace

A cool vintage necklace by the brand Toni. It has a composite black Howlite stone as the main piece with a silver tone chain tassel hanging underneath it! It is new with tags but the tag has some imperfections from storage. Also the back of the necklace is not attached to the tag. It has a lobster clasp and extender chain closure.
