Vintage Toni Todd Prairie Dress

bust: 33-34" waist: 26" hip: 38-40" length from waist to ankle: 40" size: S, probably US dress size 4 it's a lovely dress, the fabric is in good condition. Comes with a navy blue velvet belt that clasps with eye hooks. The crochet panels are a little frayed on edges(pic included). Small, light stain on one panel, barely noticeable(pic included).
