Vintage Toni Todd button front duster jacket flax

This jacket features deep green buttons along front and false front pockets. There is some discoloration to shoulders and end of sleeves, a tear to lining at left arm hem and the lining at the bottom needs repair. See photos of all areas. There has been an alteration to the end of sleeve where a black piece of fabric was added, I believe this can be removed easily. It appears to be from 1960’s, I’m not positive though. No size tag and measures 20in from underarm to underarm and 38in in length.
