Vintage Toni Todd fit flare skirt leopard print dress EVC XS

Fabulous vintage dress that looks like a separate top and skirt. The turtleneck top is a poly ribbed with little stretch and a faux fur animal print body. The ribbed hem of the top is loose and folds over the thick waistband of the full skirt. Same black ribbon as the top. That hidden zipper works beautifully and the total length of the dress is approximately 36 1/2 inches. No to little stretch in the waist that measures approximately 13 inches does stretch to 14 comfortably. Pit to pit measures approximately 17 inches.
