Made in USA in 70’s cotton poly button up blouse. Red with white Swiss dot. This top can be worn with many categories of dress. Western, Victorian, boho, dolly, Lolita, or femme. Works with skirts or pants, jeans and jackets. But who would want to cover up the puffed lace 3/4 length mutton sleeves? Size listed as Medium but fits modern cos-s or 4 to 8 as the shoulder is narrow.
