Vintage Top Shop Shift Dress Short Sleeves Sz XS

It says it’s a Size 14, but it fits like a xsmall. It was just slightly too tight along my bottom half, so I would recommend if you’re a 2 or smaller in pants! Fits like a shift dress, baggy but draped. as you can see in the fit photos, it's a little small on me so it gets stuck as a mini after i raise my arms lol.
