Vintage Topstitched Mesh Dragon Sleeved Top/ Cement/ SZ M/ Rare Y2K

Hi Vintage 90 s Mesh Dragon Sleeved top by Cement... Made in the USA! Wow! This is vintage .. although I see no flaws remember this is Vintage! It has been in my closet....In the past people think vintage is brand new..it's not ..I try to mention any flaws but some people don't understand this is a vintage item...some reviews can not be fair as the vintage items are not brand new.no flaws that I see see with my eyes.. Moved cannot keep it all....have cool unique items as I used to go many places back in the day to find one of a kind... This top is Mesh has some stretch.....not too see through see pics with my hand under the top .. So cute with the dragon sleeves! Probably wore 2 times through the years.........see pics for content and measurements.... size Medium.... Thanks for helping me out ...I eventually need back surgery so this is my income for now....
