Vintage Topsy Turvy Doll Flip Over Reversible

Handcrafted Topsy Turvy Doll Double Flip Reversible Vintage Could be a Dippity Flip, not too sure the brand but they both made these dolls. Really unique piece, topsy turvy doll, usually meant to help tell stories. This one is of two ladies. One dark skinned with a cute red dress and white polka dots, the other light skinned with a blue dress and white polka dots. Both wearing aprons and have hair in pigtails. The blonde hair is missing some strands or worn in the back and there is some minor dirt on the faces. Red dress has some fading as well. Please see photos. 12" long and 8"wide not including skirt layout Not sure how old, could be an antique piece.
