Vintage Torrid Y2K White & Black Dots Punk Prom Dress New Without Tags Sz 14

This was my unicorn dress, but sadly it's always been too small for me. New without tags, and in Excellent condition, this has been in my closet for nearly 20 years! Beautiful late 90's/early 2000 styling with elastic (bra type) straps and tiny black satin bows, relaxed princess waist, and attached tulle underskirt for volume that peeks out from under the main dress (very Betsey Johnson-esque). This dress is unlined, but the fabric is heavy enough that a nude bra and undies, or slip should be fine underneath. Back zipper closure, no hook/eye. Fabric does not have stretch, tag reads dry clean only. Color is true white with black dots. Flat bust measures 18.25", waist is 18", and length is 36" from center front (skirt is 24" long from waist seam).
