Vintage | Tracy Reese | Ruched Floral Midi Silk Skirt | Size S | Low Hip Hugger Y2K | 2000s Sits low on hips and falls below the knee/mid calf ( I’m 5’5”) Shorter in the front and longer in the back. Back is beautifully ruched (refer to photos). 100% Silk Flaw: Elastic on the waste might have come undone so it sits lower on the hips as a result. Nothing a seamstress can’t fix for a minimal fee. Beautiful, classy and VERY sexy!!!

teesthings4u @apebarcelona87 measuring the skirt is a bit tricky because the back of the waste comes down a bit due to the ruching in the back. Also the waste has a bit of elasticity however the elastic has been worn out a bit.

teesthings4u @apebarcelona87 Waste is approximately 15” Length in front is approximately 24” Length in back is approximately 23” (Although the length in back measures shorter, the back flows longer due to ruching in the back.) Hip measure is hard to get. Skirt is meant to sit low on waste, more of a 90s hip hugger look.
