Vintage Tripp NYC Skirt

Vintage long black Tripp NYC skirt with red tulle. Wrinkled from storage. Some of the tulle is ripped, as shown in photos. The zipper has also been sewn shut due to the zipper breaking. The fabric is quite stretchy though and is still easy to pull on over hips or over your head if you prefer and doesn't alter the look of it on. Waist is approximately 26in.
