Van Lear Haute Couture vintage trouser out of Washington, D.C. No size available but fits probably around a 6/8/10 depending on fit. Waist 15.5 with elastic on back, Rise 13.25”, Hips 22.25”, Length 38”. Fabric is beautiful seems like a nubby Linen and is lined.
